The Association arranges a number of events every year for members including talks by horticultural/gardening specialists and also visits to places of interest. We also participate in local events in Gosport. This page will give you details of events that you may be interested to attend or participate in.
Dutch Bulb Fields
The Association has an opportunity to visit the Dutch Bulb Fields between 14th and 18th April 2027 inclusive
The Itinerary
14th April Depart Gosport and arrive The Hague early evening
15th April Visit Keukenhof Gardens, 79 acres of the most beautiful spring gardens in the world
16th April Free time during the morning, visit Lisse later to see the Bloemenfest floats which are illuminated at 21:00
17th April Visit Hortus Botanical Gardens with its historic orangery, tropical and sub tropical greenhouses
18th April departure for our return to Gosport
Staying throughout at Hotel Corona in The Hague (B & B only, lunch and dinner are not included)

Cost £560 per person if 2 people sharing a room or £660 for single occupancy
Additionally there is a local hotel tax of approx 26 euros paid direct to the hotel
For the Association to secure this special offer there needs to be a minimum of 24 people wishing to go and that they pay a non-refundable deposit of £150 per person by the 24th August
